Your expert trainer
Scarlett McDermott
Scarlett is the founder of Longitude Advisory, where she helps organisations across Australia use technology to grow and innovate. She’s worked as a CTO, software developer, and with the Tech Council of Australia - so she knows tech from the inside out.
Scarlett loves helping leaders make smart tech decisions and build strong, diverse teams. She’s also passionate about growing Australia’s tech talent and gives back through volunteer roles, including as a board director at the Australian Information Security Association.

Genevieve is a program manager and tech consultant who loves helping teams turn great ideas into real results. With over a decade of experience leading complex projects across business, government, and social impact, she brings structure, clarity, and collaboration to everything she does.
Genevieve has worked with organisations like Accenture and Atlassian, guiding teams through change and helping them work smarter together. As a tutor, she’s hands-on and encouraging, helping learners build confidence in planning, prioritising, and leading projects that make a difference.

Once your application is received, we’ll send you an enrolment confirmation with all the key information and dates to add to your calendar. A few days before your program begins, you’ll receive access to your online learning platform.

Open to women aged 18+ living in Australia either with Australian citizenship or with eligible working rights
